Effective August 15, 2020, MLabs will be replacing the Warfarin, Serum (FSCMS) test and replacing if with Warfarin, Plasma (FWARP) test per Mayo Medical Laboratories.

 

Collection Instructions: Collect 3mL of whole blood in an EDTA lavender top vacutainer or pink top vacutainer. Centrifuge and aliquot the plasma into a plastic vial. Ship the specimen refrigerated to MLabs.
